I really wanted to use this software for my future presentations as a student due to the ease of access but that is no good if something like this happens. Autodesk 3ds Max is one of the best 3D animation softwares that based upon polygon modelling. However, this tutorial can benefit anyone wanting to use Powtoon.

Customer service is a joke and does not feel the need to contact me or update me on whats going on. This tutorial meant for my Introduction to Educational Technology class at the University of Florida. Still waiting and my presentation started an hour ago at this time. I was emailed hours later and was told they would download it and send me the link for it instead.

I Contacted customer support and they attempted to remedy the situation and give me pro features so i could just download it. It’s almost as if it knew when I needed the presentation the most just so it would fail on me even though the many hours troubleshooting. I figure, okay exporting doesn’t work so ill just present using the on site player. DID NOT WORK!!! everything worked fine right up until the day of my very VERY important presentation (but then again my fault for relying on supposedly one of the top presentation making sites). As for me….At first I was excited to use this software, it was great! I spent many many hours into creating my presentation and then the next day I attempted to export it. Inkscape is a free software program that has imaging editing and creating abilities similar to Adobe Illustrator. I don’t mean to bash your review and i’m sure you had a decent experience.
